California Winemaker Dinner: Paul Sobon & Matt Cline

Burlington Wine & Food Festival and The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa present our first winemakers' dinner. Join California winemakers Paul Sobon of Sobon Estate in Amador County and Matt Cline of Three Wine Company in Clarksburg for an incredible evening of wine and food.

 6:30 cocktail (winetail) half hour social with the winemakers, followed by seating at 7 p.m.

 

Five course dinner created by Chef Nicole Lapierre includes wines expertly paired with each course:
