• Advance coordination is required to confirm class participation timing
• A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking
• A $30 processing fee applies to cancellations
• The remaining deposit is refundable for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit
