- This package requires a deposit equal to the first nights cost.
- Dining credit is not cumulative. Up to $50 credit daily. Unused credit expires at the end of each day.
- This package is subject to cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Enjoy a hands-On Vermont Cook Academy Class where you will chop, dice, sauté, and prepare a 3-course meal to be enjoyed. The fun doesn't end there, as you will also get the opportunity to sit back and watch our Chef as you enjoy an intimate & interactive dinner experience made from the freshest local products at Junction. Start each day with a delicious breakfast in the Tavern.
