Throughout the evening, our Executive Chef and Director of Culinary, Chef Gregory Lang, will share the inspiration behind each course, highlighting the beauty and quality of locally sourced produce, meats, and cheeses. A Barr Hill representative will break down the cocktail pairings, showcasing how their spirits complement every bite.
