TRAVEL BY CAR
 FROM BURLINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – 10-15 MINUTES

From terminal take a left onto Airport Drive for ½ mile to Williston Road. Turn left and go 1.7 miles to Industrial Avenue (first set of lights).  Turn left for 1.5 miles to the next light. Turn left again onto Route 2A North for 4.5 miles to a 5-way intersection in Essex Junction.  Bear right onto Route 15 East for 1.5 miles to VT-289 East for 2 miles, to Exit 10 Essex Way. Turn right and The Resort is ¼ mile on the left.

 FROM BURLINGTON  - DRIVING TIME 10-15 MINUTES

I-89 north to Exit 15. Turn right onto Rt. 15 (Pearl Street) for about 3 miles. Turn left on Susie Wilson Road and follow for 2 miles where it ends at VT-289 East. Take VT-289 East to Exit 10. Turn right. The Resort is ¼ mile on the left.

 FROM THE SOUTH – BOSTON – DRIVING TIME 3½  HOURS

I-93 north to I-89 north through New Hampshire.  Take Exit 11 (Richmond) in Vermont.  Turn right, and then immediately right again on Rt. 117 west, 6 miles to Rt. 289 west.  Exit 10, Essex Way, turn left.  The Resort is ¼ mile on the left.

 FROM THE SOUTH – NEW YORK CITY – DRIVING TIME 6 HOURS

I-87 north to Exit 28, Rt. 74. Turn right, 12 miles to Routes 9N & 22 turn left (Ticonderoga), 12 miles through Crown Point, turn right at sign for “Crown Point Bridge to Vermont”.  Cross bridge and bear left on Rt. 17, eight miles to Rt. 22A, turn left, and 6 miles through Vergennes, turn left on Rt. 7 north.  Refer to Rt. 7 directions below from this point on.

FROM ROUTE 7 

Follow Rt. 7 north to I-189. Follow I-189 1.3 miles to I-89 North to Exit 15; turn right onto Route 15 East for 3 miles. Turn left on Susie Wilson Road and follow for 2 miles where it ends at VT-289 East. Take VT-289 East to Exit 10. Turn right. The Resort is ¼ mile on the left.

 FROM THE NORTH – MONTREAL – DRIVE TIME 1 ¾ HOURS

I-89 south to Exit 17.  Turn left at end of exit ramp and then turn right onto Routes 2 & 7 at the stoplight.  3 miles bear left on Rt. 2A south, 5 miles to Rt. 289 east. Exit 10, to Essex Way, turn right.  The Resort is ¼ mile on the left

The seven ADA guest rooms are located on various floors of various buildings on property.

There are four handicap parking spaces located near the main building-approximately 50 feet away.  Adjacent to four parking spaces, there are ramps to access the main entrance which lead to the front entrance.  There are an additional 6 handicap spaces located on property which all have direct ramp or clear paved access to all three guest buildings and Spa.

There are a total of 10 handicap parking spaces throughout the property. Parking lots are well paved.

The entrances to the main building are double doors that easily open.   

The Front Desk is accessible to Wheelchair Guests

An elevator can take guests to the upper level of the Main building, Mansion building, and Manor

Our meeting rooms are all wheelchair accessible via elevator or level hallways

The spa and fitness center are located in a separate building which paved and easily accessible by all Wheelchair Guests.

The indoor pool and whirlpool are accessed through the spa and fitness center.  There are no stairs or ramps needed to access the pools and whirlpool. Our pools and whirlpool have individual pool lifts. An elevator is located on the first floor of the Spa for accessible access to our Salon and Treatment Rooms.

**Portable TDD devices for hearing impaired are available upon request.

Each culinary room (400 + sqft.) features a private bath with plush bathrobes and hand-made Vermont soaps, luxurious Anichini 300-thread-count sheets, Wi-Fi, 40” flat-panel TV with cable, Keurig coffee maker with Green Mountain coffee, refrigerator, iHome dock and room safe.

Accessible room is equipped with a standard tub with transfer shower access, with accessible bars in the shower and toilet area.

ACCESSIBLE CULINARY DOUBLE QUEEN GUEST ROOM

Accessible room is equipped with roll-in show with accessible bars in the shower and toilet area.
